Upgrade Jetson Jetpack to 4.4 (From 4.3)

Check current Jetson Jetpack version

sudo apt-cache show nvidia-jetpack
Package: nvidia-jetpack
Version: 4.3-b134
Architecture: arm64
Maintainer: NVIDIA Corporation

Edit /etc/apt/sources.list.d/nvidia-l4t-apt-source.list

sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/nvidia-l4t-apt-source.list

Change

deb https://repo.download.nvidia.com/jetson/common r32 main
deb https://repo.download.nvidia.com/jetson/t210 r32 main

to

deb https://repo.download.nvidia.com/jetson/common r32.4 main
deb https://repo.download.nvidia.com/jetson/t210 r32.4 main

Update

sudo apt updatesudo apt dist-upgrade

Reboot

sudo reboot

Troubleshoot

2020-12-18 15:29:05.130437: W tensorflow/stream_executor/platform/default/dso_loader.cc:60] Could not load dynamic library 'libcudart.so.10.2'; dlerror: libcudart.so.10.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
2020-12-18 15:29:05.130647: I tensorflow/stream_executor/cuda/cudart_stub.cc:29] Ignore above cudart dlerror if you do not have a GPU set up on your machine.

JetPack 4.4 includes CUDA 10.2, so it should solve the above problem.
