Kotlin Convert Integer to BigDecimal With 2 Decimal Points

Assuming you have integer 199, which you need to convert it to 1.99 in BigDecimal.

BigDecimal(199.toBigInteger(), 2)

or

val x = (199 / 100f).toBigDecimal()
