Python Convert UTC to Timezone

or

now_kl = pytz.utc.localize(now_utc).astimezone(tz)

or

now_kl = tz.fromutc(now_utc)

Get Local Timezone

import tzlocallocal_tz = tzlocal.get_localzone()
