At the top menu, select View -> Identation
.
- You have the checkbox to enable
Indent Using Spaces
- You can set
Tab Width
- You can
Convert Indentation to Tab/Spaces

You can access this menu from the bottom-right corner of sublime text (where Spaces
is shown) as well.
