I downloaded the latest Dell Update 3.1.3, A00, and selected the Repair options, but it did not solve the problem.
NOTE: Maybe a reinstall would help? Anyway, I didn't try this.
Goto Windows Services and restart Dell Client Management Service. This solution solve the issue.
