Doesn't work on latest version 3.0.11 of VLC
The following methods only works with VLC 3.0.3, and doesn't work with VLC 3.0.11. You can download the VLC 3.0.3 Zip version and launch it as a portable version instead.
Goto Tools -> Preferences, select All (bottom-right corner), select Input / Codecs -> Demuxers and select H264 video demuxer.
