Goto Google Play Console -> Settings -> Payment settings -> Manage Payment Methods -> Add Payment Method.

- Intermediary bank (ask your bank)
- FFC or FBO (ask your bank)
Beneficiary Id, Intermediary bank and FC or FBO is optional and can be left blank.
